About the Role
A unique opportunity exists for a Property Accounts Assistant to join our vibrant working environment. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.
 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external
  • Oversea the arrears collection process
  • Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections
  • Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
  • Raise monthly charges
  • Process workflows
  • Maintain databases
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Start of day/end of day procedure with customer service desk
  • Reconciliation and banking of gift card takings
  • Complete petty cash reconciliations


The successful candidate will have:
  • Prior accounts and property administration experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
  • Good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants
  • Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to put together and interpret a budget
