We need an enthusiastic, professional career-minded person for the position of Front Reception covering receptionist duties, Holiday bookings and pre-inspection of properties prior to check-in. You must have a passion for great client service. Must have or be willing to obtain (at own cost) REIQ Registration. Previous excellent customer/client service is a requirement of this position.

Hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10.30 to 2.30 and every third Saturday/Sunday on roster. Please note, staff members on annual leave/sick leave will need to be covered.

Applicants who are eligible for government employment funding (New start, Mature Aged Employee etc) will be considered.

The prospective applicant must: -

Have an excellent knowledge of the Noosa area

Have exceptional computer skills - training in all computer programmes used will be provided (if required)

Have a friendly polite demeanour - Be willing to learn and contribute ideas for improvement of service to our clients

Excellent communication and customer service skills a must

Be part of a team yet able to work on your own without constant supervision- Have great telephone and organisational skills

Be professionally presented at all times

Duties include but limited to:- Front office reception- Holiday Guest arrivals/departures,Holiday enquiries and pre-inspections- Other duties as directed. Must always have road-worthy vehicle and current/valid driver's licence.

This is a permanent part-time position for an enthusiastic person who sees their future in the Real Estate/Holiday Industry. This position does require week-end work every third week-end on roster plus relieve weekends if required.

We need someone to assist us who can think on the spot, use their initiative and is not afraid to ask questions. Weekend shifts and some public holiday work are included when required.
