Customer Care Consultant

Our client, located in Wacol, is seeking an experience Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Client Details

Our client is the world's largest supplier of industrial gases by revenues and has operations in over 80 countries.

Description

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following;

  • Incoming calls - general enquiries from clients
  • outgoing calls - calls to clients, arranging deliveries, payments, invoicing queries, general account management
  • When fully trained you may then be allocated accounts and be tasked to liaise with clients face to face on sites.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience;

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment
  • Administration experience
  • Strong work ethic and responsible attitude
  • Team player
