Momentum Collective is a registered charity and not-for-profit community services organisation. We operate an integrated suite of programs in disability, mental health, domestic violence and community housing. Our mission is to help vulnerable and disadvantaged people get a roof, a job and to live a better life.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate is a highly organised, adaptable and diplomatic professional who is able to provide administration and project support to the CEO and Executive team. You will be delivery focused and be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders to enable project activities to be documented, scheduled and completed by required time frames.


ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will coordinate a portfolio of diverse projects with a focus on project scheduling, tracking, reporting, and administration.

Criteria:

  • Must be experienced as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Diploma in Project Management, or other relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Experience in organising meetings, developing agendas
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating committees, which includes minute taking
  • Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with high attention to detail
  • Experienced with Project management software (VISIO) including flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
