Mackay Rentals is seeking an experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our Team. Being the first point of contact, you must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills when greeting clients and customers.
This role involves a variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Greeting clients and visitors of the business
- Answering/directing all inbound calls
- Receipting and Banking
- Assisting our Property Management team as required
- Assist with office equipment and maintenance
- Open and close the office
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Information management and planning
- Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to assist and a bright disposition
Previous reception experience advantageous, along with strong computer skills and exceptional customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with your ability to organize and multi-task in a busy work environment.
