Temporary to permanent Administration job with a well-known and reputable Property company, start immediately

Your new company
Your new company specialises in Property development and quantity surveying. Due to internal growth they are looking for a skilled Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Your new role
This role will sit in the Client Services team and will involve a high volume of client documentation. Your duties will include:

  • Client services and email management
  • Typing, formatting and managing reports and documents
  • Covering reception duties
  • CRM and client details management
  • Secretarial duties as requested including printing and binding documents

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in Administration, a typing speed of 55 WPM and strong skills with WORD is needed to be considered for this role. You must also have a professional presentation, friendly personality and be able to start immediately.
