Customer Service Representative Personal Loan Sales-2

Your Impact

As a Personal Loans Specialist, you will take inbound calls from new and existing customers and offer them a lending solution. You will spend time speaking with customers, asking questions and learning about their specific situation in order to identify their financial situation.  A high importance needs to be placed on supporting the customers individual needs, adding value to their experience and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. What will help you succeed

Utilising your analytical skills, you will be able to assess a customer's lending eligibility or in turn present financial solutions to best fit the customer's needs. Your strong customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain a positive relationship with customers by resolving and identifying how to maximise customer lending needs aligned with responsible lending, and ensuring customers are banking as effectively as possible.  

Our Team

The Direct Lending business brings together all Home Loan and Personal Loan lending activity across Retail Banking Services (RBS) Direct Channels. Direct Lending has an FTE of 600 and writes up to 10% of RBS proprietary business. This area is critical to the development of a seamless multi-channel operation giving customers access to an optimised lending experience based on how they wish to interact with RBS, whether over the phone, online, or via video.

Hours and Training:

We have multiple permanent full time opportunities available. Training will commence on Monday 29th July 2019, with all new starters undergoing four weeks of mandatory Full Time training Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm. Please note we cannot provide any time off during the 4 weeks training.

The hours for the role will be 12.40pm till 9pm  Monday - Friday
