As a Customer Support Officer at Savage Interactive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers worldwide. This will involve direct contact with artists via emails, forums, and other channels. Based out of Hobart, you will be working within an established business in a supportive, high performance environment.

Procreate powers artists behind some of the world’s best movies, comics and games. Your new role 
You will be engaging with the global audience of Procreate artists in order to provide support, assist with queries and issues, and maintain strong customer goodwill.

Utilising direct contact with customers via emails, forums, and assorted other channels, you will identify and communicate technical issues, liaise with other departments, resolve conflicts, and facilitate the best possible support solutions for Procreate’s customer base.

What you'll need to succeed 

  • Very high-standard communication skills.
  • Extremely strong grammar and spelling.
  • Experience in customer service environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills to enable the efficient and reliable running of a daily schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of office management.
  • High level computer literacy.
  • Ability to work with creative customers and understand their situation.
  • Respect, honesty, empathy and genuine care for others.
