Are you an experienced customer service officer/claims processer looking for your next temporary to permanent opportunity?

Client Details

Page Personnel as partnered with a leading Insurance and Building services company looking for an experienced and fast paced customer service officer/claims processor to join the team. This opportunity is based South of the Perth CBD and will offer a temporary position with the view to go permanent. Operating hours are 8:30am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. This is a fast paced role, encompassing a number of different duties associated with assisting customers in an effective and efficient manner upholding the company values.

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • "End to end" responsibility for your own portfolio of projects.
  • Receiving a high number of inbound queries via telephone.
  • Makking outbound calls to book contractors and confirm appointments.
  • Scheduling work to ensure it is complete within deadlines
  • Using initiative and creativity to solve problems and handle queries.
  • Escalating complex issues through to the relevant team member.
  • Providing outstanding levels of customer service at all times.
  • Contributing to the existing positive team culture.

Profile

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have prior working experience in the insurance building industry. You will also possess:

  • High levels of drive and the ability to take on responsibility for your own projects
  • Experience with payroll processes
  • Prior experience in a claims associated position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, insurance claims or the construction industry will be highly regarded.
