Assistant Counsel

Job Description:
 People 
•    Support for agents in HK/SG/AU  on GDS, Gemini, SBP and other applications
•    Make correct use of Landesk system to ensure SLA is achieved
•    Create and maintain classic profiles, fees, reason codes for client setups
•    Create and maintain legacy scripts 
•    Work on Local and Global Implementations, ability to work within a virtual team both regionally and globally
•    Upgrading and Testing software and Travelport products
•    Occasional Training staff is required dependant on product
•    Implement and test new products set by HRG GBT Globally
•    Liaise and support all APAC Partner Markets
•    Make correct use of call logging systems to ensure SLA reports are correct and appropriate support is obtained and supplied to clients
•    Contribute to a positive and open working environment  
•    Initiate action to prevent the occurrence and/or reoccurrence of problems
•    Oversee systems testing of any designated tools as well as any affected HRG GBT or third party software solutions
•    Involvement in improvement on applications 
•    Develop and maintain systems support, administration, and related best practice documentation and manuals as required
•    Communicate and advise any process or system changes or suggestions to all departments
Qualifications & Skills Required: 
•    Previous business travel experience
•    3+ GDS Experience (Travelport, Sabre and/or Amadeus) Multi GDS and asset
•    Overall knowledge of the HRG GBT travel technology environment 
•    Sound knowledge of HRG GBT Online Booking Tools 
•    High Level Customer Service, dealing with difficult and/or conflicting circumstance.
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    Good interpersonal skills / team motivated
•    Good time management skills with the ability to achieve strict deadlines and SLA
•    Project Management skills
•    Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, scope management and prioritization skills
•    Ability to cope with multiple projects as well as being able to cover and multi-skill to assist fellow team members
•    Change management skills 
•    Local travel agent certification or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience

Products supported by this team include but not limited to: 
o    Sleepwell 
o    Regional scripts and products: ex – NA UTT, Amadeus scripts, A1 scripts, Sabre Scripts 
o    Compleat QC/Ticketing and Communications (DPS) 
o    GDS products: Amadeus, Gal, Apollo, Sabre 
o    Control Centre: Create/maintain Profile and PNR mapping, maintain, 
affiliates(region/market), create and maintain Cost centre 
o    HRGTEC product issue resolution support, as required: ex – PNR standard impacting HRGTEC product 
o    3rd party products integration support: ex - Farefly, Tripbam, Flights Stats, Yapta 
PNR /Profile Standards 
• Maintain, adapt and approve all HRG GBT PNR standards 
• Creating and maintain PNR standards documentation by GDS 
• Reviewing impact of 3rd party of GDS 
• Recommend global PNR standard formats by GDS as required
