Our Client is a very long established Engineering Consultancy with friendly, professional offices based on the North Shore.  This hands-on and autonomous position will see you handling National Finances, with the support of a Part Time AP/Debtors Clerk.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:-
  • Preparation & issue of monthly invoicing
  • Reporting (EOY & adhoc)
  • Forecasting
  • Project reconciliations 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • P&L and balance sheet accounts
  • Payroll liaison & annual review analysis for salary/bonus' 
  • Preparation of IAS & BAS
  • Annual insurance renewals
To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 5 years finance experience and very preferably, experience within Engineering / Construction or similar Professional Services (Consultancy).  Experience with ERP systems is essential and experience using Deltek Vision will be very highly regarded.

Recognised Accounting qualifications are essential as is intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.  CPA is ideal but not essential.

Most importantly you will have the ability to work autonomously and be passionate about working within a highly motivated team of Consultants. 

A strong remuneration package will be negotiated for the successful candidate.
