Data Entry: Accounts Department - Temp

  • Immediate Start: Three Months+
  • Must have own vehicle: will travel to other sites
  • Busy role, fast paced environment

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Entry/ Administrator with sound Excel skills to join a dedicated team based in the Pennant Hills area and surrounding regions.

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include; uploading a high volume of invoices and purchase orders into Excel and ERP System, and the following skills and attributes are essential:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Proven experience in a dedicated administration or data entry/accounts payable role
  • Positive, proactive approach to a busy, fast paced workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines and ensure others provide the required information on time 
  • Must have strong computer literacy, specifically Excel – advanced preferred 
  • Reliable, motivated and highly organised

This role will involve travel to their other offices so own transport is essential.
