Medical Receptionist / Admin

Jobfit Health Group delivers a broad range of occupational health care services to thousands of businesses nationally, including pre employment assessments, work fitness assessments, injury management and prevention, drug and alcohol screening, on site medical services and health and wellness programs.

We are seeking an Medical Receptionist / Admin to work at our Jobfit Winnellie location. The role will require you to provide efficient administrative support. This role is an ideal opportunity to gain further experience in the medical sector.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure at all times the highest level of customer service via optimal communication presentation.
  • Complete allocated administrative and service tasks including accurate documentation, ensuring timeframes and schedules are adhered to
  • Comply with privacy and confidentiality principles to all work practices 
  • Manage allocated administrative and service tasks including answering the central telephone line
  • Manage daily workflow to maintain client service standards ensuring timeframes and schedules are adhered to

Requirements

  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to use initiative/ be pro-active
  • Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and multi task

As part of the recruitment process candidates may be required to attend a company funded pre-employment medical.
