Our client is seeking an expert Service Manager that will effectively deliver strategic consulting support and technical guidance to our client's Connected Parties and key Stakeholders. Partnership building and IT support will be your forte so you will ideally come with solid Information Technology experience and will have worked in similar industries as these parties and stakeholders, i.e., Regulatory Authorities, Banking and Finance, Conveyancing and Property. 
  
Your industry knowledge and IT experience will have you excel in the following
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering outstanding onboard experiences to new Clients and Connected Parties.
  • Acting as the key point of contact and support for all Connect Parties ensuring all interactions result in positive and strong relationships
  • Developing, monitoring and reporting on SLAs
  • Designing and implementing effective strategies and future roadmaps so to produce maximum functionality and efficiency for our clients
  • Overseeing the whole delivery process of the Customer Support Team and Connected Parties
  • Lifecycle Incident Management - managing IT service disruptions (including applicable escalations, resolutions, reporting, root cause analysis, and resulting process/product improvements) and restoring services within agreed SLAs
  • Operating according to transparent environment protocols and meet set KPIs and targets
  • Ensuring service providers deliver value and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Effectively delivering performance improvements for the Company and Support Team
  • Contributing positively to a highly valued company culture
You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for building strong partnerships. Come with solid experience in MS Office suite and CRM systems and ideally have Project Management qualifications and/or Managed Services background. You will be a quick problem-solver who is results driven, client focused and has a passion for mentoring up and coming talent. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years in a similar position encompassing either information technology, conveyancing and or settlements.
