Hope & Glory is delighted to be working with AusIMM (Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy) in their search for an experienced Manager, Relationships.

AusIMM is Australasia’s peak body for professionals in the resources sector. The Manager, Relationships will support senior members of the Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships team to secure and retain long term partnerships to support AusIMM’s growth.

Reporting to the General Manager, Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships, you will undertake a range of activities including (but not limited to):

• Account management of major partnerships, including tracking of deliverables

• Building and developing effective networks and relationships

• Developing an ongoing understanding of AusIMM offerings and promoting this to all stakeholders

• Understanding partners’ key business drivers, needs and budget cycles

• Researching additional ways to provide partner value

• Assisting in the identification of prospective new AusIMM partners.

To be considered for this role, your application will likely show the following:

• Strong relationship building skills

• Demonstrated experience in account management, sales and/or business development roles

• Experience with working effectively in a deadline-driven environment

• Well-developed writing skills

• Good presentation, influencing and communications skills

• Relevant tertiary qualification/s in business, sales or marketing are desirable.
