Role Responsibilities

  • Actively source and review candidate applications and shortlist appropriate CVs
  • Undertake initial phone screening of shortlisted candidates
  • Liaise with the recruitment team and hiring managers to arrange onsite face to face interviews
  • Perform background checks on all successful candidates
  • Provide an overall exceptional candidate experience regardless of whether an offer is extended

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Have the confidence and ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business at all levels
  • Take ownership of your work and be responsible for the whole candidate experience
  • Enjoy a fast paced, fun and collaborative team environment
  • Be extremely detailed orientated 
  • Have a track record of exceeding expectations in everything you take on, both professionally and personally
