Mine Site Administration Officer

About the Position: 

WorkPac have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Mine Site Administration Officer based within the Moranbah region for an Immediate Start. This position will be for 3 months in duration, Part Time Hours -Flexible days and hours with a competitive hourly rate available for the suitable applicant.

Within this position you will be raising purchase orders, costing jobs, booking induction courses and medicals, invoicing and processing work in progress paperwork. 

 

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role 
  • Current Coal Board Medical -Section 4
  • Current Standard 11
  •  
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Current Driver's License and Own Transport
  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
