Customer Service Consultant

Dealer Solutions is on a mission. We are embarking on a journey to build an Agency dedicated to the Automotive sector with the goal of launching relevant, game-changing products to power our automotive partners to connect with customers. Working with over 3,000 automotive partners across the country, we create and deliver multiple products such as website development, inventory display, data distribution, photography and analytics to help drive performance of our customers’ businesses.

Our high-performing and collaborative CX team is the heartbeat behind ensuring we provide a friendly, efficient and effective customer service to all of our clients. Playing a crucial role as a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first port of call to handle technical questions and provide expert support to enable our clients to better connect with their customers. 

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our brand new office in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD and our CX team operates Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm on roster basis with on call support.

    • Configuration, maintenance & ongoing support of all Dealer Solution Products to all customers

  • The opportunity to use of your analytical ability to analyse and resolve any problems reported by customers
  • Ongoing development and an opportunity to cross-train and continually support and learn other areas within the team
  • Being a part of progress by identifying smarter ways to serve the customer

 

What would we like you to bring to the team?

Essential

  • A passion for technology and customer service
  • Customer Service experience via different mediums (phone, email, online, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills

Desirable but not essential

  • Jira and/or SQL knowledge
  • Website CMS administration – application of WordPress preferable
  • A passion for or understanding of the automotive industry
