We are seeking a digitally savvy content, marketing and administration superstar with an eye for detail and fantastic writing skills. 

You will be responsible for a broad range of marketing activities plus administrative support to the agency team in our Marcoola office.

This fast paced and challenging role will suit a person who enjoys a dynamic, deadline driven environment and has an excellent analytical streak.  

Reporting to the director and the team, the role will see you:

  • Working on a casual basis, 5 days a week with 5-6 hours a day (expected)
  • Assist in collating, planning and coordinating content across a variety of media including social media, websites, print, and other material
  • Write content for multiple brands across a broad range of channels including digital and print
  • Manage social media platforms and coordinate posting, scheduling, editing, responding and paid campaign activity
  • Support account service team
  • Support the team with various administrative, planning and operational duties
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and proposals
  • Manage databases across multiple channels
  • Create digital marketing material such as landing pages, eDMs and website copy
  • Assist in collation of marketing reports for a variety of campaign and ongoing activities
  • Assist in website maintenance and content management

About you

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a comparable role
  • Positive, can-do attitude and work ethic
  • Confident, proficient writer who can adopt various styles to meet client tone of voice
  • Digitally-savvy with strong analytical skills
  • Fast and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to take initiative when needed
  • Works well as part of a team, but can equally work independently  
  • A strong desire to learn and grow while contributing to the team

  • Experience managing any of the following platforms:
    - Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Ads)
    - Facebook Business Manager
    - Instagram
    - HubSpot
    - WordPress
    - Photoshop
    - MailChimp
  • Exceptional sense of humour
