YPC requires someone who has a professional work ethic and is both a team player and someone we can trust to work unsupervised.

We have a tight knit team that prides itself on delivering perfect call answering for our clients every time.

This is a important role which requires exceptional commitment. The same expectations apply as if you were in an office.

We are looking for a long-term hire team member, and someone who can potentially grow with a growing company.


Daily Duties

Answering 100s of clients’ telephone calls every day. Taking messages, transferring calls and Managing Clients Diaries. Exactly like a Receptionists would – only in a HIGH-Volume Call Centre


To Be Successful

Must be flexible to work a 38-hour week on a rotating shift. Our hours are between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday

Must be able to speak and write English fluently

Must be able to handle a busy switchboard (potentially 40+ calls p/h)

Excellent computer skills

Must be able to touch type

Ability to learn different software programs and diary management systems

Understand the value of each call

Strong Customer service focus

Problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet

This position requires common sense and someone who understands how valuable these calls are to our clients. The Caller and the Client don't really care if you are having a difficult day – sorry!


Work From Home

Office space that meets WHS Standards

USB Headset
