Senior Administrator (Brisbane)

Whittles is a market leader in the provision of specialist management services to Commercial, Industrial and Residential Owners Corporations. Renowned for our expertise and professionalism, Whittles Managers support owners to ensure their community is effectively and securely managed.

We currently have an opportunity for an Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to join our professional team in our Stones Corner office. This is a fast paced role which will require you to manage multiple tasks and utilise your strong customer relationship management skills. The successful candidate will have extensive administration skills and a commitment to quality service delivery to support a team of Strata Manager's to manage their property portfolios.

In this role, no two days will be the same!

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing timely, accurate and relevant information to clients
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including our clients, contractors and managers)
  • Assisting the managers to ensure all relevant legislative requirements are met and take action to ensure knowledge is current and complete
  • Assisting the managers with the preparation and coordination of general meetings in accordance with Whittles Policies & Procedures
  • Managing a high variety of administration including but not limited to; record keeping, reporting, insurance matters, invoicing, and budgeting
  • Assisting with email management and incoming phone calls
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of efficient operational processes

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience with Owners Corporations (highly desirable)
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Results oriented with a proven track record in managing high volume processes
  • Commitment to quality client driven services
  • Ability to interpret the legislation and provide meaningful advice to clients
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property / Business (desirable)
