About the opportunity

The Executive Assistant is crutial to the efficient operation of Uniting Gippsland. The Executive Assistant will provide professional and efficient administrative, project and secretarial support to the Executive Officer (Gippsland).

About you

You will have experience in providing high level organisational and management support for Executive level staff. You thrive in a fast paced work environment and can prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently. You enjoy task variety and are able to manage, facilitate and support short term projects.

Additionally you will have:

  • Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Uniting’s values.
  • Capacity to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently, exercising initiative and judgement with minimal direction
  • A proven project management capacity.
  • Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise workload, meet deadlines and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient skills in the Microsoft suite of products, including document preparation, establishing and using excel spreadsheets and calendar and email management.
