Full training is provided in the specifics of the role however the primary function of the help desk position is to assist clients (legal firms) with basic software issues; many of which relate specifically to Accounting tasks. You will liaise with clients over the phone, remote desktop connection and email to troubleshoot day-to-day user difficulties, escalating the calls where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be a top communicator with basic accounting knowledge and an interest in learning new technologies. You will be a true team player with a helpful and friendly disposition who loves problem-solving and helping customers.
