Plan Management makes it easier to manage NDIS funds by freeing our customers from the time-consuming daily admin tasks and keeping them up to date on their expenditure.
 
Support Coordination with Plan Partners involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, connect them with people and services who can contribute meaningfully to achieve unique goals as we help navigate through the complexities of the NDIS.

Your Role ...
 
As a Resource Officer for our Support Coordination team, you'll assist the team and our customers with all their enquiries. You'll join a fast-growing team of dedicated Support Coordinators who are determined to make a difference in people's lives and. The Resource Officer is the backbone of the team, playing a key role in enabling our customers to meet the goals in their NDIS plan.
 
 
You'll assist our Support Coordinators in NSW andd other states with all their administrative tasks, making appointments, completing referral paperwork, taking notes and editing reports. You're liaising with customers directly to help them signing them up with Plan Partners, organise their meetings with our team members and setting up service agreements with their service providers. You'll ensure that all data about our customers and service providers are up to date in our systems. A big part of your role will be researching services and products for our customers.

Success is...
 
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative within the disability sector
  • Solid experience in a supporting Administration/Coordination role
  • Knowledge and experience working with Client Management Systems and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of the NDIS and associated legislation would be advantageous
  • Successful completion of Year 12
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field is desirable but not mandatory
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
