We offer the services of Plan Management and Support Coordination to NDIS participants.
 
Plan Management makes it easier to manage NDIS funds by freeing our customers from the time-consuming daily admin tasks and keeping them up-to-date on their expenditure.
 
Support Coordination with Plan Partners involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, connect them with people and services who can contribute meaningfully to achieve unique goals as we help navigate through the complexities of the NDIS.

Your Role ...
As Plan Partners' Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the growth of our business, ensuring that we continue to deliver quality services to our customers and that everything we do complies with the required standards and legislation set out by the government and NDIA, such as the NDIS Commission Standards and Human Services Standards in each state.
 
You will lead the development of organisational policies, compliance management systems and strategies tailored towards our specific services and support programs. You will prepare and support external audits and reviews, such as the NDIS Commission Audit. Vital to the role is the development and management of our Quality Management System. Supporting Plan Partners' team, you will develop guidelines and training to safeguard and improve the quality of their work.
 
Together with the Leadership Team, you will continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our services, risk management tools and compliance frameworks. You review and evaluate Plan Partners' policies and procedures and identify improvements, and you'll ensure that customer facing documents are accessible.
As you will be working in a new business, operating in a sector that is going through a major transformation, you will be able to fully utilise your skills to constantly innovate and improve our processes and systems.
 
Success is...
  • Strong planning, organising and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate others
  • An understanding of the NDIS and disability sector
  • Experience in auditing and knowledge of compliance processes and statutory requirements and how they can be fulfilled
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in a disability or business-related field
