THREE MILLS BAKERY is an artisan bakery committed to hand-made sourdough and pastries.
We're a young and energetic team pushing towards excellence in our industry. Our workplace is part café, part wholesale operation and we value workplace culture, high quality products and providing great hospitality experiences.

About the Role:
We are seeking a PART TIME Chef / Apprentice Chef or a skilled kitchenhand to assist in our Cafe.
The successful applicant will be required to work Saturday day shifts however; every other day is negotiable! You must be confident serving our simple a la carte brunch menu unsupervised on Saturdays and be able to confidently assist our Head Chef with prep on 2 – 3 other days during the week. Day time hours only (yep, no nights)!
Approximately 20 hours per week.
Experience and Skills:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate the following skills at the highest level:
