The Role


Reporting to the Brand Manager, as a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for the implementation of ongoing Revlon marketing activities including the key launch processes and retailer marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for leading Revlon NPD set up process and communication to the broader business through:
    • Leading SKU set up from global BIL updates to SAP processes
    • Communicating key marketing calendar changes and catalogue updates
  • In consultation with the marketing team, you will manage the key Revlon monthly tasks including:
    • Owning the roadmap document
    • Developing a monthly timeline for key tasks and communication
    • Refining processes to improve flow of timely information
  • You will lead the development of Grocery and generic POS focusing on:
    • Management of the Red Book process
    • Management of design debriefs

Skills and Experience

  • You will have 1-2 years' previous experience in a similar role and be Degree qualified
  • You will have an understanding of basic brand management principles
  • Obtain strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong time management skills
  • Experience with multi-tasking
  • Be competent in Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Have a strong aptitude to learn and ability to learn new skills quickly; proactive, motivated and shows initiative.
  • Have the ability and capacity to work with many stakeholders and tasks at the one time
  • Be conscientious, committed and passionate with an aptitude for a busy, hardworking environment.
  • Be ambitious to build a strong marketing career  
  • Have high attention to detail;
  • And takes an interest and pride in your work
