CoreLogic are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional, who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a friendly team as well as being able to work autonomously.

The primary focus of the role is to work with the Customer Success Team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving leads and appointments into the sales pipeline. The successful candidate must firstly be able to show a proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal targets. Secondly, show they have the initiative to impact positive change and add value to our business.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound calls to target key prospects in geographical areas to increase market share
  • Manage, negotiate and convert outbound calls in to leads/sales opportunities
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about CoreLogic value proposition to potential customers
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate notes and activities in the CLICK CRM system

Requirements for this role:

  • Understanding of SME customer lifecycles and touch points
  • Ability to manage difficult customers and working unsupervised 
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and with flexibility
  • Great organizational and time management skills with flexibility to reprioritize as necessary
  • High level of negotiation skills
  • Experience in a sales role is desirable but not essential

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer care/account management environment
