About the Role

We are looking for experienced Team Assistant to join our team. As a valued member of the team, you will be supporting our allied health professionals to ensure the registrations and accurate customers' data are recorded in a timely manner.

The successful person will be based at our Head Office at Darra.

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional knowledge in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in general administrational tasks and be computer literate.
  • Customer service focus (internal and external) with a can-do attitude.
  • Applies attention to detail in delivering work outcomes.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workflow.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in your work.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving team outcomes.
  • Be eligible to apply for a working with children check (blue card) and an exemption notice (yellow card) through The Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services.
  • Cert IV in Allied Health Assistant or the ability to obtain this qualification is desirable,

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Performing high volume word processing and data entry to manage customer accounts and therapy schedules.
  • Customer engagement and follow up on appointments, service agreements, invoices and payments.
  • Supporting therapists by preparing resources and room set up when necessary.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Service Centre Manager and other resources, such as covering reception.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records on our CMS.

Mandatory requirement:

  1. Be an Australian on NZ Citizen on Permanent Resident, or have a relevant visa.
  2. A valid Blue and Yellow Card
