Our well known client is currently looking for a switched on Training Planner and Administrator to join this incredibly busy team. In this role you will be responsible for the overall planning and management of training courses with everything from attendee communication to organising catering and travel requirements. If you are successful you must be willing to undergo a national police check.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills
  • Previously experience in administration support
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Have utilised Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems would be advantageous 
  • Have a bubbly engaging personality and be extremely organised and proactive

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Coordination of training courses
  • Coordination of meetings, including prepare agendas, reports, organise venues, catering and minute taking and other documentation associated with meetings
  • Management of a pool of fleet cars
  • Booking accommodation and organising travel requirements
  • Organising catering for training
  • Sending correspondence to attendees  
  • Assist in project work
  • Data Entry of results into systems 
  • Liaising with service providers
