$60,000-$70,000 Base + Super + FMV + Bonus + Company benefits

The Company:

An exciting and emerging craft beer company has a current need for a motivated and structured sales professional who can help drive growth across some of the emerging products in the portfolio.

You will be working for a new and emerging business that has had some excellent brand traction in the beer and hospitality industry so far. They are launching some exciting new products and looking to build a dynamic sales force around the country to help continue their success.

Our Client has a supportive and empowering management team and are looking for someone with a genuine interest in craft beer.

The Role:

  • This is an ideal role for someone who has worked with and is genuinely passionate about craft beer
  • You will be covering a S.East QLD - Northern NSW Territory
  • This is a business development focused role where you will be selling to both on and off premise customers
  • Executing promotional activities
  • Monthly territory call planning
  • Sales forecasting and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Training and development of in-store staff/venue staff
  • Space & Tap negotiation and stock rotation
  • Point of Sales and Marketing initiatives

The Candidate:

You will be a genuine hunter, enjoy chasing new business opportunities and be comfortable working autonomously. Previous field sales experience is essential. You must have a stable track record and be able to talk through previous sales achievements.

A genuine interest in craft beer is very important in this role. You clients need to know that you have a genuine passion for your products and the market to ensure you can build strong and lasting relationships. This role will suit someone that is looking to take a business to a new level and leave a lasting impact on the company long-term.

FMCG backgrounds will work well in this market, this would ideally come from beverages as you are used to driving volume and managing a call cycle with a similar customer base.

Tenacious, hardworking individuals with excellent communication and relationship building skills is imperative.
