As part of our continual growth and IT development, we are currently seeking two additional team members to assist with record management and document control. The positions are ideally full-time roles, but we would consider a minimum of 4 days per week and some flexibility in start & finishing times to engage the right candidate. The role will predominantly require you to perform prompt and accurate scanning of our client records into our electronic storage system ensuring they can be easily retrieved at any time. In addition, you will be required to manage the return of hard copies of current client folders to the filing bays and provide various assistance to the other reception and administration personnel.


The successful applicants will possess a high attention to detail and a true understanding of the responsibility that goes with this integral role within the firm. They should be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and possess an energetic, flexible and pro-active approach to work.
