Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator - Short-term contract

Hope & Glory is delighted to be working with an organisation located in the heart of Hawthorn in their search for a Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator. This is a full-time short-term 4-6 week contract position, requiring an immediate start. 

This role will sit within the Fundraising function of the organisation and support them with their marketing campaigns, collateral, direct mail, reporting, events, processing of donations and general administration. This role is extremely diverse and ideal for an individual with marketing or communications qualifications, coupled with excellent administration and project management skills, looking for an opportunity to work in the not-for-profit sector.
  
To be considered for this role, your application likely shows the following:
  • Broad generalist experience across marketing, communications, administration and project management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Highly developed written communications skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise and consult across all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Strong technology skills with the ability to pick up new systems and processes rapidly.
  • The ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced environment and remain flexible and responsive.
  • Degree qualifications in marketing, communications or business.
The work is full-time and is based on-site. The role is for an immediate start so is best suited for somebody currently between roles.
