Are you a bubbly and engaging receptionist/administrator? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within an awesome team environment and be the face of the business? Then this could be the role for you.

Our client is currently seeking a switched on receptionist/administrator to join their team. Responsible for all functions of reception your role will also extend to administration and some customer service functions. 

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Prior experience in reception and administration 
  • Sound communication and client engagement skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • High levels of confidentiality 
  • The ability to multi-task 

Your duties in this role will include: 

  • Management of phones
  • Responsibility for all incoming and outgoing mail - scanning and filing
  • Welcoming and greeting clients
  • Management of kitchen and stationary
  • Filing and drafting correspondence
  • Creating client files and liasing with the administration team
