About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the team at Uniting on a full time maximum term  basis. The position will be based at our Ballarat office with travel across other locations as required. The role will provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Officer, Ballarat, Barwon, Western Melbourne (BBWM).

As one of the first points of contact for Uniting, the position fulfils an important internal and external customer service function, providing a high level of service and support including providing up-to-date and relevant information on matters applicable to the Senior Management Team of Uniting within the BBWM cluster.

About you

You will have experience in providing high level organisational and management support for Executive level staff. You thrive in a fast paced work environment and can prioritise tasks and manage workloads efficiently. You enjoy task variety and are able to manage, facilitate and support short term projects.
