About us

Women’s Legal Service Victoria is a not for profit organisation which has been providing free legal services to women since 1982. We work with and for women experiencing particular disadvantage to address legal issues arising from relationship breakdown or violence. We are seeking a Part Time (0.6 FTE) People and Culture Manager to support our work for a 2 year max term.

About the role

Reporting to the Director – Operations, you will support WLSV to achieve its strategy by providing people and culture services across the employee lifecycle. In this standalone HR role you will:
  • Provide human resource strategic and operational support to the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the management team and the CEO, on HR priorities
  • Lead HR projects that support and develop our constructive organisation culture
About you

Key to your success is your:
  • Outstanding human resource knowledge gained through generalist roles
  • Passion for supporting high performing, values based teams
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship building skills
