About the role

Your role will vary day to day, offering you a dynamic mix of brand planning and product development that is guaranteed to ensure that no two days are the same. This opportunity will see you supporting and driving the performance of our marketing portfolio, setting you up with the foundations to become a commercially minded marketing professional.

You will have exposure to:

  • Assisting with the development of and execution of trade shows;
  • Supporting marketing programs to build and enhance our brand;
  • Assisting with ongoing social and digital campaigns;
  • Supporting the development of packaging and point-of-sale (POS) materials;
  • Organising relevant promotional material and samples;
  • Supporting new product & packaging innovation projects with the cross functional teams;
  • Assisting with Brand Communications ATL and BTL; and
  • Assisting with the scoping and launching new NPD.

About you

You will be a motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.  This role will enable you to think outside of the square and create your own opportunities. You will be innovative and a creative thinker, with a desire to succeed and progress within the company. 

Additionally, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business with a major in Marketing or equivalent;
  • Ability to adapt to change, have a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency;
  • Analytical skills and an eye for detail;
  • A positive can-do attitude;
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
  • Strong commercial acumen; and
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
