Project Sales Advisor

We are a well-established and trusted Western Australian company with a property portfolio in excess of $450 Million. With multi-million dollar high profile "call to action" campaigns designed to generate hundreds of leads and sales, we are seeking to recruit the right person who has a current real estate sales registration that is willing to learn and work with WA's highest performers.Your role will be to conduct project sales for both Nicheliving affordable developments, as well as general project sales for other projects we are handling. We have hundreds of homes ready for sale at Perth's most affordable price point and some exceptional incentives never seen before in WA.WHY WORK FOR US? We produce high quality, high performing developments ranging from affordable residential estates to luxury apartments and homes. You will also have the opportunity to cross sell any services provided within the group including finance, financial planning, property management, construction, renovations and be rewarded! You won't find another company that is able to offer this range of services all under one roof, whilst providing you the ability to benefit and service any prospect you meet.The prominent Nicheliving building is located on the corner of Newcastle and William Streets, in the heart of Northbridge. Not to mention that the popular and often packed Tuck Shop café is also part of our establishment on the ground floor.We are a friendly, fun, yet hard working team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from the industry's successful, best and experienced Directors. Ongoing training is provided and we also throw some pretty awesome parties! WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? The suitable candidate should have experience with sales in any capacity and not necessarily  in real estate! We will teach you the Nicheliving Way .

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current WA real estate sales registration (do not need this upfront).
  • Ability to communicate and engage clients over the phone and in person.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to consistently liaise with clients.
  • Work autonomously as well as a part of the team.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to succeed.
  • Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good presentation.
  • High degree of proactivity and problem-solving skills. 
  • You have the potential, the stock, the marketing and all the right elements to achieve an OTE in excess of $200,000. A generous package is on offer to the right candidate including a Base Salary, plus a performance based commission structure.
