ITI Desktop Support Analyst

We are currently looking for an experience ITI Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT division on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be responsible for providing technical support of end user devices including desktops, notebooks, printers, telephony, mobile phones and related applications and technologies with a focus on providing stable, secure, efficient and cost effect services. The role will also require you to work closely with not only ANZ employees but also teams such as ITI and ITS; therefore excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills are essential.

 

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for technology, have had experience with desktop support and have proficient experience using TCP/IP networking. You will have strong technical skills within Microsoft combined with relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
