About the Company

For over 25 years, ORS have been assisting people achieve their goals through provision of Disability, Psychological, Workplace Rehabilitation and Training Services. We are also a registered NDIS provider where we specialise in allied health assessments and interventions, behaviour support assessments and employment supports including SLES. We have offices in NSW, ACT and WA from which we offer a full range of services to people with disability, employers and insurance agents.

 

About the Role

Working in a fast paced administration environment, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to staff and clients in a manner reflecting The ORS Group’s mission and values.

Duties include:

  • Managing incoming telephone phone enquiries
  • Managing referrals and bookings for WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services
  • Creating and updating electronic records for new and existing referrals
  • Assisting with reporting as required
  • Other additional administration duties requested

 

About You

  • Administration and/or reception experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
  • Data entry skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to monitor personal workload and manage own time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
