About the role

This position is responsible for the coordination and training of volunteers to deliver AOD harm reduction programs in the region, including the delivery of the save-a-mate program to targeted community groups and partner agencies; and promoting harm reduction and peer support concepts to people experiencing vulnerability.

What you will bring

  • Substantial experience delivering effective, engaging training programs to a diverse range of participants
  • Experience working with healthy lifestyle programs and demonstrable interest in the Alcohol and Other Drugs sector
  • Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Suite and experience with database management 
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
  • Current drivers licence
  • Current certificate: Provide First Aid (with CPR)
