Being a privately owned and family run company, you'll work in a 'hands on' and supportive environment where multi-tasking is the norm.

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Coordinating and implementing the social media program for each brand accurately.
  • Supporting customer engagement to foster a community spirit for each brand.
  • Align with all other campaign channels to ensure a consistent brand voice.
  • Support eDM activity throughout each campaign period, aligned and integrated with the social media program.
  • Have input into social media content and scheduling, using data as evidence to determine most relevant key messages.
  • Monitor online results and propose optimisations.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team to drive a consistent, positive customer experience.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities to leverage online activity to further grow our audience base and influence brand preference.
  • Coordinate opportunities to extend the social media program with third party suppliers (eg watch brands, finance partners) and earned channels (eg fashion magazines).
  • Keep abreast of new social media trends and technologies.
  • Work closely with the product teams to deliver accurate, timely information/content for each campaign.
  • Coordinate relevant internal communications to ensure staff, especially store staff, are across content and posts.
  • Support the execution of each brand’s marketing strategy.

Key competencies to succeed in the role include:

  • 3 years proven experience in a similar position.
  • An understanding of mid-market retail activity and how social media and customer communications can support growth.
  • Proven successful campaign coordination across more than one brand.
  • Proven content management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+  and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and liaison skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic and have the ability to work independently, part of a team and the wider business team.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and marketing, is hard working, well organised and would like to join us as we continue to evolve and grow our brands.
