Project/Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Law Partners is Australia's largest specialist personal injury firm, helping thousands of injured Australians every year with their compensation claims.

We currently have a 12 month part-time contract available for a Project/Marketing Coordinator.

 

About the Role

Based in our Sydney CBD office, the Project/Marketing Coordinator will work in a small marketing team to plan and manage a range of marketing activities and digital design and development projects. We're looking to fill the role on a part-time basis (we're flexible with how this is worked within the confines of 24 hours per week minimum to 32 hours per week maximum and spread over 4 days per week).

Working closely with our Brand and Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Design management – coordinating our agencies to design and develop web pages, digital ads and printed collateral
  • Project management  – using Basecamp and Smartsheet 
  • Brand management – maintaining brand guidelines and brand assets
  • Web content management – updates via Wordpress
  • Reputation management – liaising with our client service team to manage online reviews 
  • Advertising – some media bookings 
  • Budget management – keeping all design and development projects on budget
  • Production support – assisting our producer with planning and managing video shoots
  • Coordinating meetings conference calls
     

About You

This role is for a dynamic, energetic person with a passion for marketing. You'll need at least two years' experience in a similar role. This role would be perfect for someone with ex-agency account management experience.

Qualifications in marketing are not essential, but you'll need to have strong experience in managing digital design and development projects, and be confident reviewing designs and providing feedback to senior designers. Your experience could come from client or agency side.

We're looking for a great communicator who can liaise with our creative agency, web development agency and other suppliers to help manage our marketing projects and keep them on track. You'll need to be well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good computer skills. You’ll have regular contact with our Managing Director as our Brand and Marketing Manager works remotely.

Absolute client care drives everything we do at Law Partners, and at times you'll be working closely with our Client Care team so you'll need to confident working in a very busy, client-focused environment. You’ll also be working with a relatively young team of very driven, high-achieving lawyers who are absolutely passionate about what they do. 

You'll need to be able to create professional documents and ideally be familiar with collaboration tools like Basecamp and project management tools like Smartsheet. From time to time you’ll be updating content on our websites, so experience with Wordpress would be a plus. 

Most importantly, you'll need to be very organised to keep track of multiple projects - Law Partners is going through a period of rapid growth, so there’s a lot going on!
