IT Support Officer

About Our Client

Operating in 20+ countries, our client is one of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms. The Perth office specialises in the resources sector and is now looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join the corporate functions team.

The Role

A key member of the Corporate Functions team, this newly created role will see you responsible for:

• New hire desk setups and moves

• User admin - new hire/move processes for all offices

• Telephony programming for all offices

• Printer management, setup and troubleshooting

• Security pass & door access set up

• IT education for local users

• Assisting 2nd/3rd level support with troubleshooting network and server issues

• Implementing/racking network and server equipment and patching

• Remote support for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices

About you:

Highly motivated and proactive, you will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and be comfortable dealing with senior members of staff. Previous IT Support / Help desk experience gained in a corporate environment is a must.
