Client Service Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Officer to join our Albury Team for 12 months.  

Reporting into the Client Service Manager, this role is responsible for providing superior service to StatePlus clients and to assist financial planners in the administration of their practice.  

Duties include managing Financial Planner diaries and documentation including implementing statements of advice, responding to all client enquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate entry of client information in a timely and accurate manner. 

Ideally candidates should have: 

  • Outstanding customer service skills gained in a client focused role
  • Proven administration experience with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills (financial services preferred)
  • Significant experience with computer systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Skype (CRM and Xplan experience desirable)
  • Completed or partially completed FASEA approved degree or equivalent (desirable) 
  • A genuine interest and understanding of superannuation and Financial Planning
  • Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment
