Become part of the the consulting arm of Philotimo Global; working directly with clients to achieve business outcomes and supporting them through implementation and providing personal support.

Through the application of Philotimo strategies, the successful applicant will lead a roster of clients and guide them through the ups and downs of business and the changes required to evolve a business.

Supported by the Philotimo team, the Business Performance Consultant ensures attainment of outcomes linked to business growth, operational development and management /mindset changes across business owners, senior leaders, individuals and their teams.

Through this role, Business Performance Consultants are responsible for the delivery of client results, satisfaction, and retention. Delivery is via high quality performance sessions, workshops, events and consultations at Philotimo Global HQ and at clients’ premises.

Through these sessions, Business Performance Consultants will apply specific strategies, frameworks and Philotimo technology to assure clients meet their business goals. The successful applicant is expected to help set client strategic plans and showcase effective strategy selection and time management.  The key skill is being able to simplify strategy for clients to allow for a focus on priorities and implementation of Philotimo systems and processes.

For Business Performance Consultants, consulting sessions occur in between Tuesday and Thursday.  This allows for the role to have enough time to focus on your personal growth, training, development and projects in a fast growing new age performance consultancy.  
 

Areas of responsibility

Consulting

  • The onboarding of clients into the developed systems in a manner that builds trust, accountability and a personal understanding of the clients’ product/services, market, consumers and individual needs

  • Ensuring client strategies, tactics and implementation processes are executed and completed to schedule and within budget

  • Ensuring all clients are meeting targets and are profitable

  • Management, planning and monitoring of clients to ensure smooth progress utilizing all Philotimo Global systems, processes and platforms


Client management

  • Taking responsibility for total account management process

  • Managing communication with clients

  • Taking responsibility for timelines

  • Taking responsibility for the clients’ achievement of set goals

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure retention (nurture and grow)

  • Promoting the expansion of the business with existing clients, networks, events

  • Identifying major gaps/ client opportunities that exist outside of the Philotimo framework

  • Working with the Sales team to generate new clients, opportunities, product development and promoting client ascension that allow additional support of the sales team  

 

Philotimo

  • Support and collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of client service and outcomes are achieved

  • Working with the operations team to continuously improve the performance department and client services offered

  • Training on Philotimo systems while providing constructive feedback

  • Involvement in peer to peer development

  • Meeting performance revenue targets for PIP role

  • Contributing to the evolution and innovating the role
