Customer Attendant Qualified- Macksville

  • Location: Macksville Station
  • Salary: CA2 $1,086.65 pro rata p.w + 9.50% superannuation

The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part-time Customer Attendant Qualified to be a part of our Customer Service Delivery team within NSW TrainLink. The Customer Attendant Qualified ensures that the location is maintained to applicable quality and safety standards, and provides a high level of customer service to customers. 

 

This role requires cleaning of the station premises, offices and amenities daily. Station duties such as booking in passenger?s luggage, station presentation, cleaning, loading and unloading luggage between train and connecting coaches and vice versa along with ticket sales using our computer based system.

 

We are looking for a Customer Attendant who has effective customer service, excellent communication skills and a ?can do? attitude.

 

This permanent part-time position will require you to work Monday to Friday excluding public holiday doing 20 hours per week. You will be on rotating roster working from 11:00am- 4:00pm or  7:00pm-12:00am, with a one hour meal break.
