Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive individual to work as Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Coordinator supporting the Streamlined Visa Processing Manager in maintaining a minimum risk rating for Laureate Education Services Australia.

This position operates in a high volume, high pressure and target driven environment that focus on Laureate Australia maintaining their preferred position as a provider with good standing amongst government bodies and peers alike.

As the GTE Coordinator you will be a strong multitasker with an eye for detail; ensuring vetting procedures are adhered to, quality assurance of student applications and involvement with analysing student data. You will have an exemplary level of customer service for all internal and external stakeholders and ensure the highest standard of delivery to all partners.

The role encompasses international admissions via agents and direct applications, as well as extensive liaising with Laureate Global in country hubs and network universities.

  
You will be responsible for: 
  • Ensuring Laureate Australia maintains a minimum immigration risk rating and that a robust system of Genuine Temporary Entrant screening is maintained
  • Assessing new onshore and offshore applications against Laureate Education Services Australia’s GTE criteria
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to students/agents from lead to enrolment
  • Providing support and training to International Sales Operations Team on GTE screening
  • Providing training to onshore and offshore agents regarding GTE screening and processes
  • Providing assistance to the International Sales Operations Team; managing leads from application through to enrolment as and when required. 
12 month fixed term full time position which can be based in any of our campuses - Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Melbourne


About You
  
To be successful in the GTE Coordinator position you will possess:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant industry
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Experience and proven ability to prioritise and manage a large volume of administrative work, ideally in international education
  • Demonstrated exceptional administration skills with previous experience in a fast paced dynamic work environment
  • An impeccable attention to detail and methodical approach to accurate assessment
  • Knowledge of the ESOS Act, CRICOS, PRISMS, The National Code and DoHA regulations
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and preferred experience using content management or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Advanced communication and time management skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
