About the role 
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of experienced Property Managers and learn from the best! You will work closely with the tenants – so communication is key! This role is a great place to start in the industry if you come from a role where a high standard of customer service is key, or if you a receptionist looking to take more of a hands on approach within a growing Rental Department.

Include but not limited to:

  • Liaise with tenants
  • Update tenants on arrears, condition reports and maintenance
  • Sign ups
  • Administration
  • Open for Inspections
  • Condition reports
  • Routine Inspections

Skills and Experience

  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable and presentable car
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Neat and tidy personal presentation
  • Confident phone manner
  • Mandarin speaking preferred but not essential
