Receptionist - Full Time Position - Toowoomba City

We’re looking for a junior receptionist with a warm personality and the professional confidence to converse directly with clients whether it be over the phone or face to face. Our clients are very important to us and therefore the person who greets them needs to be able to look them in the eye and make them feel confident in our office space. Communication skills are essential in this role.

Apart from looking after for our clients wellbeing; you will have administration responsibilities including general typing, filing, scanning, entering information into our database, general correspondence, banking, running errands and light kitchen duties etc. In addition you will be managing the diaries of two Directors & Managers and offering support to them where needed.

You don’t need to have experience in this field but you do need to know your way around a computer and keyboard. You need to be flexible, able to take direction and eager to learn. You’ll be juggling many tasks in a day so it’s important to be organized and prepared for each days’ appointments.

It’s a busy role but it’s a good company to work for and you will learn a lot.
